本机适用于散纤维染色工艺过程中的烘燥，增加了中间开松装置，对于大批量烘干有很高的生产效率。

This machine is used for desiccating the loose fibers in the loose fiber-dyeing technological process, adding the middle opening device for achieving the very high producing efficiency for a large batch of the fibers.  

本设备用于纤维染色生产过程中的成饼工序，对开松后的散纤维在棉笼中压制成饼，以得到符合染色加工工艺要求的尺寸固定、松紧程度适中、密度一致的成型纤维饼。

This equipment is used for pressing the opened staple fibers into the loose fiber cake in the cotton cage during the caking sequence of the fiber-dyeing process, to obtain the formed fiber cake which conforms to the fixed dimensions, applicable opening degree and consensus density in the dyeing and processing requirements.

本机用于粘胶短纤维和棉花生产中，将经过离心脱水的整个棉饼吊入机器进行预开松处理。减少了人工，减轻了劳动力，使散纤维更均匀的喂入烘干机，以便提高烘干效率。

This machine is used for lifting the whole centrifugal dehydrated staple fiber cake into the machine for pre-opening treatment in the production of viscose staple fiber and cotton,  to reduce the labor cost and force, enabling to loose fibers to be more evenly fed into the dryer, to improve the drying efficiency.
